Do not recommend. This is a company who under resourced our move for two houses. They sent two tiny trucks, even though I clarified that two six tonne trucks would be required for 1 x 4 bedroom house and 1 x 3 bedroom house before booking. They didn't supply enough space - I had to hire a box trailer to move items from one house, and we then had to use another full truck the following day from another house. Noting our move was 2 hours each way too, extremely frustrating.
The contracting company worked hard but we felt threatened to pay before they left, as we disputed the charges we had were not the same as quoted.
We were charged DOUBLE the quoted amount, so be very wary if you plan to engage this vendor.
Also Movee themselves appeared to 'help' and they were escalating the request if I were to place it in writing within two business days. I am still yet to receive a response from the business from my email back in December 2022. Photo of the 'larger' truck of the two that didn't fit items, including a lounge, into my move.

Shocking!!
Do not waste your money.
I requested a removalist to move a very heavy commercial grill. They (Sophie) asked if I thought 2 men would be enough and I stressed as long as they have a heavy duty trolley - this was a necessity. They assured me "trolleys and dolly's will be on board" The fellas turned up but didn't have a trolley! They couldn't get it out of the truck! OMG. They then said several times that company policy was that they couldn't unload until the bill was paid in full. I needed to pay the bill before they unloaded the Grill! They wanted my money but stood there telling me they couldn't get it off the truck anyway? I needed to then go and search for 3 men to help them lift it and then go and try to find myself a trolley. I eventually found a pallet lift. We had to supply cloths and wooden planks as well. So bad. After all the drama they said they could only discount me by $5 saying that they did their job. I eventually got them to go to $10. Trust me - you don't want the headache. Go somewhere else.

The whole house wasn't moved. The removalists were working incredibly slowly. After 4 hours of packing the truck, the men had only packed half the truck. At $180 an hour, this didn't seem fair.
Then, when I called to ask why it was taking so long, the men decided to fill up the truck faster, and then made a 2 hour drive, 4 hours. It took just over an hour to unload the truck.
When that was happening, the men asked repeatedly if I was paying cash or card, I said that I was paying card, because that's what the contract said. The men decided to move slowly again with unpacking.
Then once everything was taken off the truck, I was presented with a quote for 10 hours, when it was only 9 hours that they were there.
I was charged extra for GST and extra for a "service fee" of 10%. When I rang up to ask a question about the fees, and to provide direct feedback, I never got a call back.

The second star was only granted because of how quickly we were able to get the removalists with only a week to relocate our house.

The fact that we have been left without most of our kitchen items, including microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery, crockery - to name a few items, and that we also had the removal men say "there's a lot left at the old place, call me if you want us to move it for you and we won't charge you an hourly rate", just felt incredibly wrong.

I'll never be recommending Movee to anyone. I was utterly disappointed for the "service" provided, and I would advise everyone to reconsider using this company.

Horrible experience. Everything is extra. Smallest truck rocked up. Movers were slow up until their payment of $1200 was approved then they moved the fastest possible speed to unload the truck. Insurance for in transit is extra. get it they will damage your stuff guaranteed. Would never recommend or use these guys ever. With the cost of damaged items this move is now worth over $4000. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, the TV was well wrapped but putting a heavy unstable item next to it and taking round abouts at speed won't help.

The removalists that we had we're lovely guys. Took care and had no issues.

However, Movee the company did not provide an adequate service. We had multiple cancellations and reroutes. The truck eventually arrived 3 and a half hours after we expected them to arrive. They did however give us a small discount, but was not enough to make up for half a day wasted waiting around. I would look elsewhere for moving services.

The removalists did a great job, actually had no issues with them. However the job was supposed to start between 7-9am, got a call at 9:30 to say they were delayed due to a breakdown. No big deal.
However the replacement truck wasn't big enough to accommodate all our furniture so it took 2 trips to do instead of the quoted one.
So instead of 3-4 hours turnaround I paid 6 hours out of pocket.
A small 15min discount was applied but hardly worth it when it took more time out of both mine and my partners days.
Not happy with the attitude of "availability" when it comes to trucks being quoted and not received. Poor communication.

We had a very nice experience with our move as the guys Omar and Ronnie were very professional and friendly. Also, customer service staff Mike was very helpful in getting an urgent booking as well to suffice our needs.
Only one thing would like to suggest is about the call out fees and charges. I felt $160 + service fees is bit more. If the service fees is included in the $160.

The 2 men that turned up early, where great. With the help of my brother and a friend, we had it all packed up, took the hour drive to the storage shed and unpacked, in under 3 hours. The furniture was well looked after, nothing was broken or damaged and they were friendly and professional. It was more costly than I expected but, the job was done well.

The guys were fantastic. Moved a 2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse to another of similar size in under 3 hours. Really friendly and cool guys to chat with. They added extra protection on certain items and were careful and efficient. Would absolutely hire them again.
