Fantastic service right from the moment I picked up the phone to get a quote. Eileen was very helpful and professional and explained the process in great details. A pleasure to speak to.

What started as a stressful morning on move day soon because a breeze when Sam and Zac arrived. They were very friendly and moved my belongings with care and efficiency. Nothing was any trouble for them - even the lift that stopped on every floor. Thanks guys!

Will was at times rude and moody, the other people I dealt with were fine and polite. I found my packaging of my trampoline ripped open and strewn in oversized storage unit because Will insisted I needed a bigger unit but it’s only half full, so a waste of money. Plus he didn’t ask if he could rip my box or destroy my wrapping he just did it, so I feel a little cheated. It was a big job and an exhausting process which could have went a lot smoother all round.

What an awesome removal company! I highly recommend!
We moved from an apartment in Brisbane to an apartment at the Sunshine Coast, both with difficult access, but that didn’t deter this professional team from getting the job done.

Wayne was a pleasure to work with, coordinating the logistics and was very kind and professional with great communication.

A big thank you to my removalists Daniel & Leo, who were so professional, polite, efficient and friendly. It was a very long day for the guys so Wayne & another co-worker kindly jumped in to help unload, with no extra charge! What an awesome team!

I was very pleased and happy with the service provided. It was a stressful time and I had to coordinate a number of different things, including a hire car and your service, Wayne, was very helpful, kind and considerate and reassuring. The two fellows , Sam and Zac who did the move were very professional and friendly and also very efficient and they made the whole move very easy and stress-free. When we had a set back at the storage facility and a slight delay due to having to upgrade the storage facility to a bigger size, and they remained patient, professional and were able to accommodate the situation. Your service was also excellent value for money.

Will and Bailey were both professional, very helpful with unsolicited and much appreciated suggestions; they were quite fast and efficient; very polite and friendly. They emptied my house quickly and wasted no time getting to our destination at the Sunshine Coast where they just as quickly unloaded. Very polite the whole time, did not stress, patient and just made the whole day so pleasant and much easier than I expected. Also the pricing was excellent. Very happy with all aspects of Brisbane Removalists.
