From the initial contact to the follow-up on receipt of my goods I was impressed with them. Due to circumstances Austate organised Caloundra transport to pick up my goods for an interstate move Sydney to Melbourne. The container was packed in very good time. Dawson transport delivered my goods and again I was impressed with their efficiency. I would definitely move again with them if I needed to. They worked together as a great team and helped make my move interstate a less stressful experience. Particularly important as I hadn't moved interstate with a house full of goods before.

Well! Firstly they didn't call me for the quote over the phone that was locked in for a specific time so I had to call them. Secondly was told I would get a quote with in 2 days but after 4 days called them once again & was told yes would get it soon. Thirdly still waiting for the quote! Talked to another removalist today & within 30 mins had a quote! Better get your act together Austate you lost me!!

My move from Sydney to Melbourne with Austate was nothing but first class in every aspect (price, process and personalised service).
From the moment I spoke to Emily who calmly explained everything to the many phone calls backwards and forwards to the seamless process from start to finish, was a breeze.
Even Chris the owner gave me his personal mobile over the weekend so I could stay in contact. Something very rare in today's world.
I would not hesitate to recommend Austate when moving interstate.

Amazing experience end to end. I recent moved from Sydney to Melbourne. I was given great advise when booking the move and they were very helpful and accommodating to my needs and timelines. The removalists were also professional and did a great job with all my things. They were also friendly and I even had a few good laughs with them. Highly recommended this company
