  Excellent service received from Watson Blinds & Awnings, from the minute we walked into the showroom to having our five new blinds installed within three weeks. We dealt with four people in all, one in the showroom, one to measure, one to second check measure and the installer. All relaxed and happy to deal with, giving us excellent customer service.

  I've just had a solar powered blind installed in a tall glass stairwell by Watson Blinds. I found the salesperson, Augustine, informed and invested in his work. I found the installer and his assistant to be excellent. The installer wanted to wash his hands with soap before he got started. When I looked in on his progress, I discovered that he'd protected my paintwork by fitting a towel to the end of the ladder to avoid scuffing. Who does that? This guy did!
  I could not be happier with the whole process. Plus, I learned from Augustine that Watson has their own local Canberra factory, which is why my custom order was completed in two weeks flat. Watson really has it going on. They were great. I give them an unqualified five star review.

  Great experience with Watson’s. After installation the results were not quite as expected. Watson’s were quick to respond and rectify the situation - very happy with our beautiful new curtains. Great communication from a reliable company, and good to know everything is Australian made.

  From the time I made an appointment for measurements I was communicated with, always trying to assist me earlier than scheduled. The sales person Ethan was very helpful and made good suggestions. A really good price was given. A 6-8 weeks turn around time was quoted but my blinds was installed way earlier. The installation went smoothly without any troubles. Thank you Watson Blinds for excellent customer service.

  I chose a package with Watson for my new apartment, they helped me tailor it to what I wanted and installed the curtains and blinds before I moved in. The end result looked great, very happy with my choice

  Friendly Staff and good Tradesman; however, their claims regarding how quickly the blinds would be installed was dramatically underestimated. If you need blinds quickly, the factory being in Canberra doesn't seem to make a difference. Over 5 weeks from ordering and only some of the blinds are being installed, it will likely be around 7 weeks from ordering to delivery/install of all blinds, in-line with many other retailers, I would recommend people shop around.

  We recently did some rennovations and used Watsons for all our blind needs. The most exciting was the 6m long retractable canopy over our patio. We are really happy with it. Also got a new kitchen blind, curtains for the lounge room and front entrance. All the people I dealt with were fabulous. The new showroom in Fyshwick makes it easy to see what the products look like. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated business.

  Price is competitive. Product is great & the service outstanding. From the onset this company has been easy to deal with. On time to 1st consultation, professional & informative, took multiple follow up calls from myself & handled all my extra questions with ease. Expected 2 weeks for the fit out to happen & 2 days later we get the call to say the blinds are ready. The installer was a lovely bloke too. Professional with attention to detail to ensure we got the results we were hoping for. Thanx.
  A great experience. Will contact Watson's again when needed.

  Competitive on price, but it was the customer service that stood out. The installers were on time, polite and very clean. Hard to find these days.

  Contacted them for a quote and supplied measurements. Got call next day. When they said someone would have to come over the next week, l said no thanks because I won't be home. All they could do was repeat that someone could come over the next week! There was no flexibility to my needs only what suited them.

  Not fond of the service, lack of detail on pricing and the perceived smoke and mirrors. My apartment is being provided the drapery business this company yet 2-3 months out I'm yet to receive any information. Will probably source measurements myself and go elsewhere.
