Unfriendly. If your staffs just want to go home and want customers to go away, why you bother to hire them? Rude, gave me the attitude of "you are so annoying". I was rushing to get there after work before they close, but they just easily ruin my day.

This one and fsywich seem to have best service for aus post in the inner south area. Experiences may vary ;)

I have used this post office quite a bit over the past few months and have always found the staff really helpful! The parcel lockers are a great addition. Although it would be great to have the post office open a bit earlier or later on a weekday, the customer service has always been good. It's worth going in around 3.30pm/4pm to avoid the rush.

Certain staff behind the counter are always very unapproachable and unfriendly. Bad customer service. The eye rolls cut right through me and I get made to feel like an inconvenience just to use their basic services.

Like the review below, some of the staff there are really rude. I feel very uncomfortable going in there I even travel to Fyshwick post office. I don't even expect a great customer service, just want to go in and get my things done without any eye rolling or rude comments from staff.

although there's some nice staff here, but for every nice one, there's 3 stroppy staff who don't want to help (like every Auspost outlet)
