Had a ducted heating and cooling system installed in May 2019 and it still does not work consistently. After more than 15 call-outs, I am still without a reliable system. John does not respond in a timely manner and has shown little interest in assisting when the unit breaks. I was not offered any discounts. Extremely poor service and lack of care shown.

Had a fireplace installed in July 2019. The installer broke 2 (well more) tiles on the roof. After many attempts to get them replaced, with promises to do so nothing. Attempts made to the installer, the front shop and the owner and nothing.
Installation and service at the time was good but have dropped the ball after promises to replace the broken tiles.

Very poor customer service. They have tried to charge me the full call-out fee for everytime they sent their technician. If you are going to deal with them, make sure you agree on a price before any work starts. I know this is difficult, but at least make sure you are charged the call-out fee only once.

Would go very zero out of for customer service if I could. Never return calls despite promise after promise. Lost our file - only plus is they forgot to charge as well. Pity our heater never got fixed either though. Comedy of errors.

Customer Service was great. Graham inspected a house for us that we where looking at buying to explore a heating\cooling solution. He came out after hours to help us was enthusiastic and honest. I will certainly be returning to these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are hopeless. Never return calls or emails, often don't answer your call, fail to turn up to an appointments and take weeks to eventually get someone to actually come around. First heater repair in the middle of winter took 7 weeks. Weeks later and it's broken again!

We have had to ring this company many times to follow up on the installation of a heating system. We are after the cash back from AGL, and we are wanting to reconnect a gas wall furnace. They are full of excuses and apologies, but no action. Very frustrating.
