Purchased a Lincoln Air compressor 5/8/20 and within 3 mouths has failed, Sydney Tools are now saying its our fault and refuse to refund our money, Or give us a replacement unit ,
They could care less we are now hiring another unit at $300 per week.
Very poor service. They keep saying its up to Lincoln but i didn't purchase it from Lincoln i purchased it from Sydney Tools Fyshwick

A great store with exceptional service. I went into the store without an exact idea of what tools I needed but I knew the job I needed to do. Fantastic store. I found the staff to be pleasant and attentive. I came in unsure on a few things and was pleasantly surprised to find Daniel was more than happy to explain things for me. Felt very welcomed and I will happily return here with my business.

These guys stock a (FULL) range of Hitachi Cordless - Stoked.
Prompt over the phone estimate on tools, they found the best kits to wack together in order to gt me what I needed and saved me $300 compared to two other local tool shops. So far, I can't fault them.

Daniel and Ben at (Canberra) Sydney Tools were very friendly and knowledgeable.
They were patient with me and my many questions and showed me the pros & cons of various brands.
If they didn't know the answer they went and found it for me.
With their help I am now confident I have purchased the best tool on the market for my needs.
I shopped around and they also had the best price.
I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Over the last 12 months I have spent thousands at this store, the first experiences were a little green from which looked to be a manager of the store with very little product knowledge, but then I have found a couple of great guys that know what they are talking about and are always willing to help and and advise me. They even called me when what I needed came into stock and scoured the globe to find the right product for me! Thanks to Mil and Axel I will keep coming back

The long established Combined Electrical and Workshop Services are now trading as the Canberra branch of Sydney Tools and have moved two doors down into a larger building. They have the best prices and biggest range of any tool shop I can find in Canberra. If you are shopping for a quality power tool they are certainly worth a visit.
