Edited to add: 2 weeks later and they never called us.
Don't recommend as subsequent issues are not followed up. Waterworx redid our powder room in Dec 2021 as we were worried about potential mould from a suspected leaking old toilet. The work was fine if a little slapdash, until we noticed later that the toilet cistern they used had a cutout at the top where water could be plumbed in. It was plumbed below instead, leaving an open space where black mould is now growing thanks to water evaporation from the cistern. I chased Waterworx for over a month, calling, texting and emailing Mark and Carl to ask someone to come and look at it. It was never followed up, and I had to contact them repeatedly only to be told that "this has never happened before" and then they promised that someone would come to look at it. Big surprise, no one called about it. Even an email through their website was ignored. I'm very disappointed and certainly will avoid using them again.

I have engaged Mark and the team from Waterworx on a number of jobs. Most recently they quickly and efficiently cleaned a blocked sewer. They are always professional, on time and do an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

The team at Waterworx are absolute legends!
They answered all my queries over the phone regarding a garden tap I needed removed/capped and were able to send one of their crew out the next morning (and he got there early also!).
Seamless process from start to finish, highly recommend contacting Waterworx for any plumbing jobs :)

I have been associated with Waterworx on Call for a couple of projects in and around our units - including the re-construction of my balcony. Not only are they efficent, reliable and courteous but their attention to detail was outstanding and their willingness to assist me was amazing.
