Reed Plumbers returned my request immediately and was able to make a slot for us within the days.

Tom and Harley from Reed Plumbing and Drainage Solutions were exemplary throughout the process of fixing a major blockage from a previous sewer stack issue in the property. I was super impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and ability to fix this issue as it was quite an unsettling situation.

Tom and Harley’s expertise of what the problem was and how it was to be fixed, allowed me to be stress free and confident for a positive result. I also appreciated the extensive reporting in an email provided for background knowledge.

Dan was great! Very professional on many different levels. Talking to me he was able to explain why the Hot Water wasnt working correctly in a way I was able to understand. Dan was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would call them again!

Recently I had a high priority need to have both the sewage and stormwater rehabilitated on my property, both of which were causing significant problems. It was a Sunday afternoon when I called Reed and to my surprise someone actually picked up the phone. (This is unlike a lot of other 24/7 numbers which simply ask you to leave a number and wait for a return call). After I explained the problem I was having, arrangements were made to attend my property the next day. As it turned out most of the works required were in difficult and inaccessible areas. So it was decided to use pipe relining technology for minimal disruption to the site. Kevin attended my property to facilitate the works – I found him to be both friendly, focused, and hardworking, and determined to get a resolution to a series of difficult problems. And importantly, to make sure that I was really happy with the outcome of the restoration, Kevin unhesitatingly offered to return at any time and attend to any issues should they arise and were still of a concern to me.
