BEWARE! The owner, Jarrad had provided misleading information to obtain the job. Paid $3,627 to repair the garage roof leaking issue, but the leaking problem was not fixed. When asked for a resolution, he claimed the leaking was related to the roof which they cannot fix, but was provided on the quotation stage and charged for it.

Reply to your comment: We had engaged a builder to check out the roof, it appears that the leaking was caused by the crack roof tiles, which may be damaged during your gutter cleaning process, as the roof tiles were not reported cracked before we gave you the job.
The sagging ceiling does not cause the leaking but the cracked roof tiles does.
So, you did not fix the leaking as per your quote.

I’m extremely disappointed with this business, I wanted to support local businesses. However Your local plumbing and drainage company made me spend $700, then they told me that my heater is 11 years old and can’t be fixed. What a waste of money!

Jarred is fantastic - he has always done a really great job for us (fixing taps, gas hot water system, gas heater, unblocking loos), so reliable (turning up on time every time), friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, clear communication and understanding shown by Corey & team. They were able to fix our issue quickly but more importantly helped us feel comfortable and took a great amount of care with the works carried out. Great outcome, highly recommend .
