To shop owner- there's no need for that arrogant attitude of a reply to a customer who says you give less than the gold is worth. You need to understand it from a customers perspective and get that if you were the customer you'd want more money for something wouldn't you?! It's only normal so no need to get so defensive and say if you don't like it. that's a horrible response and attitude and reflects that you don't care about your customers. Your business would not be a business without customers. That customer did not deserve that from you.
And no I don't know that guy I just happened to come across that review online. Customer service is really going downhill in this country.response / report this review -

The first time I went to the shop I was given good service and advice as I'm new to the Ballarat goldfields. I went in for the second time today and sold some gold. Very fair price indeed. Now to go find some more.
