I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Vision Eye Institute! I’ve had few consultations with dr Abi before undertaking PRK surgery and she was always very honest about the process and what to expect from the surgery itself. The surgery is quick and easy, which is good as I was quite nervous on the day. Soon after surgery they give you a bag with instructions and all meds and eye drops you’ll need to use at home. The recovery was seamless and only 4 days post op I could already open my eyes and felt little to 0 pain. Approx 2 months later and my vision is great and I’m so glad I finally don’t need to worry about glasses anymore, it honestly feel liberating! They really look after you post surgery, I’ve been having follow up consultations with Kira and she is such a Gem 💎, very knowledgeable and kind - a true role model for healthcare workers. Kira genuinely listens to you and provides patient-centered care! Thank you for everything! ❤️

I had surgery here and they left me with poor vision, and chronic pain. Post surgery, my symptoms were denied or ignored, and simply described as “unusual and unfortunate”. You should avoid this clinic at all costs. Be aware they may harm you, then discard you. Stay away.

Fantastic! Had lasik surgery here and couldn’t say a single bad thing. The staff provided all the information I could require and answered any questions I had. The surgery itself was 100% worth it and only takes about 5-10min. Recovery was quick and simple and the follow-up process was great, even amid covid restrictions. About 2 years later and I haven’t had any issues. If you’re thinking of getting laser, I would definitely recommend vision eye institute! You can also donate your old glasses here to be recycled once you don’t need them anymore 🤓

Words can't describe how grateful I am for Vision Eye Institute! The whole process was flawless from day one.

My clinical optometrist Natasa was super knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. Not to mention the reception staff were so helpful too.

My surgeon Dr Joseph Reich and his team of nurses were incredible on the day of surgery. I felt so comfortable and was surprised by how quick and seamless the procedure was. I am now day 1 post op with better than 20/20 vision and can't wait to get back to doing the things I love glasses-free!
