  Our house would have been a real challenge to most painters but Mark was never daunted and found a way to get the job done despite the many issues confronting him along the way. Mark went about the business of painting our house in a very professional manner and was at all times courteous to us and mindful of inconveniencing us as little as possible. This would have posed a problem for him given that painting 3/4 of the exterior of the house could only be achieved via our
  kitchen/dining area.

  I contracted Paul and his team to paint our Gym inside and out, and all the equipment as well, which is a bit tricky. They did a fantastic job, no fuss and very professional. I highly recommend considering Warren and Sons for any commercial or industrial painting projects.

  A couple of reasons for the 1 star rating
  Prep – Despite it being on the quote prep was almost non-existent. I would have rathered Paul had been honest and said he wouldn’t prep because I would have done it myself. As a result we had to spend days sanding back and re-painting what they didn’t prep properly after they left.
  
  “25 years experience” – The company may have been around for 25 years but the guys who turn up haven’t. You’re not getting a family painter, you’re getting a gaggle of apprentices who paint like you’d expect apprentices to. They will spill paint on everything, and I do mean everything. There will be paint on every window, every floor, random tiles around your house – everything.
  
  Site cleanup – again despite being on your quote site clean up doesn’t happen. We spent the best part of a week cleaning up paint they spilt or areas they missed. We have paint on things 4 or 5 metres from any wall. My best guess is they’ve spilt paint, walked in it, they walked around my house with it on their shoes.
  
  If for some strange reason you hire this mob, and they spill paint, what ever you do don’t let them clean it up. In my case they put metho or some other paint strippers on my wooden deck and ruined the surface. We will probably spend more money fixing their problems then the initial paint job cost.
