What a great store, it's air-conditioned just right for browsing around. The staff were extremely helpful. Well done.

Small. Dark and old appearance inside, a bit like the old hardware shop. Expected larger, brighter store like Maroochydore one.

I visited the store to buy some plumbing parts. I encountered a staff member named Kevin at the back of the store, I asked where the plumbing section was. He rudely grunted at me and pointed in the direction to where it was. I continued to ask him if he could help me. He completely ignored me and ran off through the doors out the back.
I have never experienced poor service before like this at Birtinya. I wish I never encounter this rude old man again. He should not be working in retail.response / report this review -

Super friendly staff. So glad the service extended to carrying the heavy pool salt items into my car in the carpark. Smaller shop but with great big shop prices. Quick at registers and easy parking with afternoon shade.

A smaller store for the area with the result, options are a bit limited. The store still has a huge range of products to select from. The staff do their best to provide an advisory service to all customers. When it gets busy though it might be hard to find someone with a red shirt to serve you. Overall, it's still worth a visit to Bunnings.
