💯 the best care!
I was blessed with Des, and Dr Frank Burke. The hydro dilation was daunting but having these professionals by my side, not only am I now pain free, but their care and skill during the procedure was beyond. Thank you to both of you. I was at Victoria house last Tuesday to have a hydro injection. The medical staff were very attentive and helpful. But, the young man at the front desk was lacking in compassion and quite rude telling me my husband was not to wait for me in the waiting room. Besides the fact I needed him to drive me home, I told him my husband was not well enough to stand out in the cold and that the car was too far away for him to sit in it. He said “well what’s wrong with him”. I realise these rules are made due to Covid. But felt that was quite unnecessary. Also have had problems getting my Medicare claim back as he mucked up the eft option and and instead will be waiting on a cheque. I rang and spoke to him a few days ago as I have not received the refund in my bank account. He assured me it was correct. Well I found it wasn’t After going to Medicare .

Such a great experience. I walked in and had no appointment I was seen within 5 minutes! I had an X-ray done with Tony, and he was fantastic so thorough and lovely. Highly recommend.

I just had a hydro injection done on my shoulder after having surgery on it 2 months ago. And I can honestly say the staff are so lovely. Especially Sally the nurse she talked me through everything about what was going to happen and was by my side when it was happening. She has a heart of gold. And Peter was lovely as well and made sure I was comfortable.

Booked a breast imaging appointment online after getting a referral from my GP (had to select "breast imaging - bilateral", enter my date of birth and upload the referral during the booking process). Received a call saying that they don't offer this service at this location - and that they couldn't rebook me into a different location, and would just cancel my booking. All in all pretty unhelpful - honestly, update your website so that patients can only book services you actually offer.

A visit to a medical center without having to sit and wait for my turn came to a reality today morning. I was still at the reception desk signing my declaration form when suddenly the medical attendant came from inside and called out my name to come in for my CT Scan. ZERO waiting time Simply Marvellous !!!

Terrible acknowledgement. Called up to reschedule my appointment as I was suffeing from extreme back pain.They canceled my appointment even when I told them I will try to be there on time. The lady said no one will scan me even if I am 5 mins late. Utterly rude and extremely poor customer service. Will never recommend

Service is very professional but car parking and vehicle movement arrangements are sub-standard. Doctors (presumably there for longer than each patient) park right outside the door while patients park down a long laneway remote from the receptions area. Then when driving out thee is no clearly marked exit at the rear so cars drive back up the laneway where there is often room for only one car to pass.

There is an imaging service downstairs if you need Xrays or scans. Pretty handy.
