I really love this store especially after its refit. Very good selection and prices. Need to train young staff on how to serve at counter. I had to ask them to wrap a delicate item. No idea on how to assist.

I just made a purchase of 3 Little Buddhas made of a breakable material. The shop attendant handed me my purchases. I asked if she could please wrap them in tissue paper. She said yes. Then after giving me my receipt she said I would have to wait while she served the next customer. I was so shocked and I did not want to make a scene as its very busy. By the time I got home one of the buddhas heads was broken. My fault for not making an issue but there should have been more staff on the counter. Not just one.

Store is nice and tidy but the Manager Now in charge needs to be trained in Customer Service and to be a bit more accommodating . Ordered King size comforter not realizing the sizing was huge compared to my last king size so wanted to exchange for Queen size and was told at 1st by staff on phone yes bring into store with receipt. When I mentioned I used afterpay $169.99 the manager said strictly under no circumstances is there exchange or refunds with afterpay. Obviously too lazy to do the little bit extra paper work but thanks to the lovely girls at Thingz Livingston they helped me out and I got a refund and then repurchased the queen size in under 10 mins. My new store from now on.
