Moved back to Gold Coast and needed juice and coils. Bought my 1st vape kit from here. Service was honestly best I have had at any vape store here or up North to Cairns. Awesome advice and service from the 2 lady’s that were working today.

Great team. I popped in as an interstate traveller to ask a quick question on someone else's behalf and ended up making a purchase myself.
They took the time to explain and demonstrate the whole art of using your choice of vape. I tried it as soon as I returned to Tassie and am glad I called in. Thanks guys!

Was greeted by the guy running the store- lovley service, he was Knowledgeable and helpful, came in with many questions about vapes and he helped me out, I left happy! Would recommend if you need a new vape or some top ups!

Went in to buy a dry herb vape and received the most fabulous service from Josh.

He explained the best vape to use and how to use it and also made himself available to after sales assistance as I was a complete dummy and had no idea what I was doing!

Highly recommended vape store. The service is unbelievable. They take their time with each customer, to show you all the different machines and accessories, to set them up and guide you through the whole experience. For anyone that has no idea what vaping is and how much it can help you with quitting smoking, I would recommend to go to these guys.

They put aside a kit for me and had my name on it. Customers are valued and that kind of attitude sets a tone for for a well runned business.

I bought a kit that was worth a bit, most of them come with a unique style of verification that you can do on the spot, if you're like me to make sure you getting a quality product and not a cheap knock off. Every product has a website where you can check.

The batteries are all certified and there's no worries with getting anything unsafe.

Some constructive criticism to keep this balanced, there was no music when I was in the store. I'm hoping it's because I only been there once and maybe someone forgot about it. But it'd weird. Who doesn't listen to music?

I walked out of there with a smile on my face and maybe bought more than I came in for.
But it's all good they chucked in a couple of cheeky little freebies to sweeten the deal :) just a battery wrap etc nothing fancy but enough to make sure I leave happy.

So go in with confidence. If you're an elderly person that needs to get off the cancer sticks or someone chasing huge clouds bruh, these guys will take care of you.
