I have been using Global print for quite a long time to copy but never again. I would use their photocopiers independently until they no longed had one you could use. The girls would alway then do a good job for me.
I sent my partner down today to get some music copied. He came back after paying $30 for 36 single copies that won’t fit into my A4 folders and 12 A3 sheets not even back to back. Whether my partner verbalized his request properly I would assume Wayne, with all his experience would have at least reduced the single sheets to an A4 and copy the score back to back.
You obviously are not interested in local small requests and I hope you enjoy the $30 you ridiculously charged.
PS Your customer approach needs a tune up. I will not be promoting your business any longer.
Oh and after sitting down for 30 minutes to cut and make the copies fit into my A4 sleeves we relised he was so lazy that he didn’t copy the back of the sheets that had printing on the reverse side.
Your reply is poor and inaccurate. You were not interested enough to listen carefully. $30 is still an over priced fee for the job performed

I have dealt with Wayne and his team for many years. They are friendly, supportive and very helpful. Always busy and often very busy and on occasions they have bent over backwards to meet a deadline. Overall, I would consider them one the better businesses to deal with.
