  I ordered 2 PACKS of ReviveX Durable Water Repellent WASH-IN and Aussie Storm Shop sent me 2 BOTTLES of ReviveX Durable Water Repellent SPRAY. It should get 5 stars BUT it gets only 1 because of this UNACCEPTABLE mistake.

  Aussie Storm Shop SMS me asking if I want the correct items dispatched. I replied YES and will return the incorrect items after receiving the correct ones. They DO genuinely care about their business at least. I will update my review again after receiving my ordered items.

  I received 2 packs of ReviveX Durable Water Repellent WASH-IN yesterday and returned 2 bottles of ReviveX Durable Water Repellent SPRAY to Aussie Storm Shop this morning. So it is deserved of 5 stars now.

  I'm lucky enough to live close by so I can visit the store in person. Great range of stock and good prices. The customer service is top notch, as is their product knowledge. Always leave feeling like a valued customer.

  Quality products and great service. Ordered on Sunday and everything arrived within 3 days. More local Aussie online vendors should take a leaf out of their book.

  Amazing customer service!
  Put in an online order which arrived really quickly. Had an issue with one of the items and Aussie Storm Shop fixed it promptly.
  Would recommend this shop.
