It was my first time purchasing ballet clothing and Hannah (i think her name is) was absolutely so helpful and patient and made me feel super comfortable, we clicked right away! I'm so thankful that I had a great experience with her as I was quite anxious starting ballet for the first time. Thank you so much :')

Excellent customer service. I ordered shoes to be shipped to Canada, but as there were delays due to COVID-19, I was notified that the extra shipping costs would be refunded once I receive my shoes. They have been keeping me updated as much as possible which has been greatly appreciated.

Great website with so many of my ballet needs! I placed two orders, they refunded me for the extra shipping cost and communicated with me over an item that had to be swapped for a different colour. Excellent customer service, couldn't be happier with my package. Really fast shipping too, especially given the current COVID-19 climate. Will be ordering again for sure!
