Have used Steve twice now, first was on our sofa that had red wine spilt. He did an awesome job, it came out like brand new. Very happy. Second time had sofa, rug and bedroom carpets and again an awesome job. Professional, great value and friendly service. Highly recommend and will be using him again.

Steve did a great job in cleaning our carpets. Removed stains and left the carpet clean and smelling fresh. No shortcuts were taken and he was very professional and very responsive. I will use Steve again, no hesitations.

Steve is professional and thorough. He was also extremely understanding of the passing of my dog just a few days before. Steve explained the products he would be using, practised safe practise (in line with Covid), my two rugs look like new again. Highly recommend, Thanks Steve.

Steve from Urban Steam Clean did an amazing job cleaning our carpeted stairs for a rental vacate. They were in pretty bad condition but looked amazing when Steve was finished. Steve has offered a guarantee that they will pass the inspection and if they don’t he will redo them for free (we are sure they will). On top of that Steve was very efficient whilst remaining cheerful and friendly. He even happily stepped into the role of photographer as we asked him to take a photo of us out the front of our house as it was our last day! Thanks heaps Steve!
