  Called Queen Carpet Cleaning - Professional Carpet Cleaning and Repair Services early morning and got thru right away. We had a basement leak and they came out same day, assessed our situation and offered a great price. We accepted and they started right away. They were very professional and polite. Extremely happy with the job they did. Definitely recommend!

  Wonderful service. This is our second time using them. They were very professional. All carpet spots were treated and there was no sign of where the spot was after they were finished. Our couch and two recliners also looked like new. They took our area rug with them to clean off-site and delivered it back to me in a very short time. It looked fantastic. We will definitely use them again! Thank you!

  The staff who take your calls and do the scheduling are polite and accommodating to special needs. The cleaning crew arrive on time and always respectful of the entire home. For quite a few years we have requested that Gus be the lead service man, and Queen Carpet Cleaning - Professional Carpet Cleaning and Repair Services never fails. Gus is cordial and efficient. They attends to special stains and advises us on carpet care. They has good rapport with his support team and manages them well.

  Very competitive pricing and even worked with me on that so I would go with them over someone else. I love that the do a flat rate per room and stairs regardless how big it is. They really took care of us and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Super friendly and courteous staff. Thank you everyone you've got a repeat customer in us.

  Very affordable cost, and they even worked with me on it so that I would choose them over another company. I like that they charge a set amount per room and stairwell, regardless of size. They took excellent care of us, and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is quite pleasant and courteous. Thank you very much to everyone; you've gained a loyal customer in us.

  Moved into an apartment that was left in an unsanitary condition and Queen Carpet Cleaning got me a last minute appointment! I had an incredible experience, received superior customer service, and peace of mind. My apartment is spotless! Would definitely recommend.
