  8:00am and arrived on time, as promised. Pleasant and obliging service, nothing was a problem. The venue looks fresh and clean with all the carpet stains removed. Thank you Nish for a wonderful job well done.

  Unfortunately we were unhappy with the service. They didn’t vacuum at all when it was clearly stated they would. They didn’t move any very small, light furniture despite these things being clearly stated in their pre-service documentation. They came in unprepared and had none of their equipment when they arrived. They managed to seem lost outside the apartment twice (even after coming in the first time and returning to the van for equipment) and they didn’t do anything around edges of furniture leaving uncleaned strips of carpet near each piece which should have been moved. I contacted the company with a complaint and was told the manager would call back. He never did. Definitely don’t recommend.
  
  Edit: he called back today, after obviously getting an email from head office, and explained at length how we were wrong and it was all our fault. So make up your own mind :)

  I don't leave glowing reviews very easily, but I'm super impressed.
  
  From start to finish, the Drymaster team are fantastic. Very quick responses via email, and very easy to deal with. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent.
  
  Chase let me know 30 minutes out before arrival, then again when he was close. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and got stuck right in. He changed his shoes at the door, used corner protectors and mats so he didn't scratch up the walls and floors with his equipment. He took all care with what he was doing.
  
  This is the level of customer service and quality I'd strive for in my own business. I'd highly recommend Chase & the Drymaster team and will absolutely use them again in the future.

  My experience with Drymaster Carpet Cleaning was great , easy to book online, the service was friendly and on time! And the result was great! My sofa looks brand new!

  Very disappointed in the service provided and outcome and do not recommend. The carpets did not look any different to what they looked before they were cleaned noting no stains or dirty marks were removed. Contacted the office to advise if they should had looked any different and was told they should had and that they would send a senior technician out in a couple days to review and give them another once over with stronger chemical. On the Friday, the same guy who cleaned them returned (no senior technician) who refused to go over the carpets and would only go over the stain/dirty marks to which there was still no improvement. Re contacted the office whilst workman was in the apartment to soon be advised he would only be doing the certain spot areas and we would have to pay an additional cost to have the whole carpets re done – no thank you!! The attitude of the guy on the phone was appalling and all he could say was “we took photos”. Not once did they ask permission to take photos inside our apartment nor did I witness the guy who was in our apartment take any photos and I was with him the entire time. I imagine the so called photos are of other carpets and this is their trick to con people.
  
  As we were not pleased with the service, I made contact to another company who came out to review that same day. They advised that they could remove the stains and refresh the carpets to which they did, all stains removed and carpets look great – very impressed. In saying that, they used the same machine and hot water to which this company didn’t. Also unsure on what chemicals were used if they were the same or different..
  
  In future, I will no longer be basing my choices on the reviews as I did with this service to which left me very disappointed and out of pocket!!
