I have used quite a few carpet cleaning services in the past and this is the worst where it felt like nothing was done I had x4 rooms done quoted at first $75.00, then I was told it was the basic service, so my husband paid extra $150 in total for them to do a good job, he couldn't get any stains out, and they're were stains it was for an exit vacate clean property just had the carpet cleaned by Speedy Carpet Cleaners on Tuesday 5th Jan 2021, and it's a terrible Job, I'm all for supporting businesses!!! But Im not satisfied, In fact I feel ripped off,I have to pay someone else to fix the first Job, I have to spend more money that I don't have!!! I shouldn't have to, I want a refund, if you advertise you can clean carpets, then you should deliver the service, my real estate wont believe we got our carpets cleaned, an unhappy, and very dissatisfied customer, Gloria in Epping

Really nice polite people on the phone, and the cleaning itself was awesome.
HOWEVER, I was quoted $120 for a 5seater lounge and specifically said it was for a house with pets. When they arrived, they said that "need to add sanitisation" onto the price and when I asked how much extra it would be I was told "$20 extra".
I said "OK so the total will be $120 and 20 extra so $140". The cleaner replied "yes".
When it came time to pay, he was clearly unhappy with bank transfer, he wanted cash. He then proceeded to charge me $220 total, saying the $20 was PER SEAT.
I chose to get the thing cleaned to save money instead of buying a new sofa! This was SO much more than I was prepared to pay, and I'm left feeling incredibly ripped off and wishing I'd just brought a new sofa.
The sofa is very clean. I'm unfortunately $100 out of pocket and wishing I'd just replaced the damn thing however.
