i was recommended to use this company by a plumber , i made a booking and was advised by Michelle that a technician would arrive between 10.00am and 12pm on Friday/07 , and they would call when the techinicain was 40 mins away, however i called them to find out what was going on as someone had been waiting in all morning but needed to go to work, i was advised technician was still on previous job but would be with us by 2pm , luckily my wife arrived home , by 3.15 still no sign or no phone call , so i called again , put on hold , then was told technician was around 40 mins away , said technician arrived at 3.40pm , after driving from Murdoch / kinda surprised as i was told previously that he was on a job in Clarkson some 5 mins from me yes he fixed the problem , was packed up to leave at 5.30pm , He took full payment , gave no receipt saying the office sent out the receipts , now its Monday 15.15pm still no receipt, despite me calling them 11am this morning asking for a receipt.
In short shocking service , makes it worse is i run a business myself for 17yrs and would and never have treated the customer like this .

For the last 12 months i have had plumbing nightmares at my place in Leeming Perth. 5 x blocked sewer line in 12 months due to pipe displacement and tree roots penetrating the pipes. i received some bad advise from a local plumbing company and tried to dig out the sewer line myself, which in the process destroyed my back yard and was a disaster. Called in the guys from tunnel vision and they identified the exact point which needed repairs. the plumbers were very nice guys, very helpful and professional and did a great job..i couldn't be happier and now can flush my toilet without fear its going to come up thru my kitchen sink..happy days

Very poor service and communication. Visited my place to find a leak which I only found out they could not find after I rang them back a week later to find out what was happening.

Thanks Chris - In response to your comments, the contractor you recommended did call twice, which I answered, but did not call again to say he could not detect it. I had no missed calls which I said to this contractor when I called him to find out what was going on. He basically hang up on me. When he answered though he did say was it for Tunnel Vision. I would suggest you tell this contractor that a simple sorry I forgot to call you would go a long way. In this day and age missed calls are all registered on our phones so he may need to use a better reason next time.
Lastly, I was told that this leak could definitely be detected no matter how small it is using the gas method so you may want to look at the contractors you suggest.
