The guys are Goods Property Services are brilliant to deal with. It's so much easier choosing a company that offers plumbing and electrical rather than coordinating multiple trades. Highly professional and responsive and I definitely recommend.

The guys installed new plumbing and facilities into our bathroom reno. They were really diligent in ensuring everything was installed correctly and came back multiple times when another trade accidentally burst a pipe. Thanks heaps guys, look forward to working with you again

Called a few times with regards to a warranty claim for work performed and parts supplied. While good to talk to, the ultimate reluctance to honour the warranty was unfortunate and a disappointing outcome.

Finally, it was resolved that they'd supply replacement parts, so that we could attempt to fix the failure. We thought this an amicable outcome.

But, we're still waiting on the partsand it's now been a few months.

I understand that there's a commercial cost to addressing a warranty claim, but there's also a benefit through repeat business and community referrals.

When I look for a business to engage with, I want to know that they care. No matter the size of the job.

Looking forward to seeing if the parts are ultimate provided, as promised.
