Would definitely recommend using this shop for bike needs around great ocean road. We wanted to ride from Lorne to apolllo bay and Simon sorted us some brilliant road bikes which rode fantastically along with pannier etc. Simon was completely flexible around our plans and stayed open late so that we didn’t have to rush back. He also shared some local knowledge of nice spots in the area, which was really helpful and appreciated.

I bought a mountain bike from Trailhead last weekend. As an experienced rider i found Ari to helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time.
He also provided maps and advice about the local trails.

Great dealing with these guys.Ari and Simon.
They help arranged a great bike ride along the Great Ocean Road
for two Girls. from London.
The Girls rode their bikes From Anglesea to Warranbool . and caught the train back to Geelong.
Simon and Ari arrange to picked up their luggage & gear from their Accommodation in Anglesea. And meet the Train at Geelong.
Handed them their luggage and they took back the bikes.
Everyone was Happy.

I went into the shop only knowing that I wanted to rent a bike and ride along the Great Ocean Road--I had no plan for how to do that. Simon, the owner, I believe, was super friendly and had great suggestions for different lengths/difficulties of rides, and adjusted based on what I said I was interested in. He also let me be very flexible with when I returned the bike. I had a bit of trouble following some of the trails he pointed out, but I think that has more to do with the trails than his directions.
