Nice club. Has everything and nice food.
Went there for lunch, found the food very average and quite small servings. I had found in the past the food was very nice but didn't have that experience this time. It will be awhile before I will venture back to the Tradies!
Average service (smile it's free) staff where on auto pilot and vagueminus the manager I assume only cause he was in a suit and rudely cut in constantly with myself and friends in a negative tone. Bar was swamped by insects. The menu was a bad print out and hard to readalso helps in hiding the fact that the non members pricing is not listed (Fair trading) only right at the end you see the 18% surcharge. Food came out with raw chips and soggy salad.
Good for localsbad and uninviting to guests.
Great for the 12.50 lunch special and staff are nice as well.
Great food, generous sizes. Nice outlook with lots of other amenities close by.
Decent food but very limited kitchen hours on weekends.
I didn't like the seafood laksa. Expensive and bellow average.
The club has many things you can do during the day and night, including Bingo, Trivia and the playground (and Max's World) for your children. The food quality in the Australian dishes is poor (1.5/5) but the Asian cuisine menu is 4.5/5. This works out at 3/5 for the bistro and 5/5 for facilities/location, so I'm giving it a 4/5. P.S. I recommend the Honey Chicken or Sizzling Thai Seafood.
Edit: Australian has gotten better but not great. 3/5. The café is also nice with good beverages and snacks. Members get a discount at café and bistro.
A nice club with good food and service.
Went here for dinner and the place is well laid out and clean.
Food is huge and delicious, couldn't finish all of mine. Don't like the water dispenser at the end of the bar.
Good food and very clean
The club has a reasonable atmosphere, but the bistro is too hit-and-miss.
Good food for a light lunch and a pleasant outlook.
Modern club very popular in the burgh.
Nice lunchtime menu. Can get a bit noisy
Like tradies Gymea just in Helensburgh
Nice food always nice place for a drink at end of the week
Small club but very nice place.
A basic club with basic facilities (unless you're a child in which case the minding facilities appear excellent).
The food was good but the ordering experience was painful (disinterested/under-trained staff whose entry mistake meant we received the wrong meal, and who seemed to be confused about when to use table numbers versus electronic buzzers).
On a positive note, the beer was very cold and the coffee shop staff were friendly.
