I had the fried chicken bowl and it was okay, I mean the chicken could have abit more flavour to it. I’m exited to try out some more choices! The staff are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere.

Super service, first time to test dumpling (took all of them) and yami yami. Was really welcome after disappointment of previous Japanese restaurant attempt (see other review). Perfect place to eat quick and good, precious in such a touristic surrounding ;)

I had the lunch set: Dan Dan Noodles in this restaurant, and I just need to pay $1 then I can have extra 3 dumplings.

The Curry Beef Dumpling was awesome!!!!
BTW, I like the noodles as well, definitely will back again.

Really great food - We tried the teriyaki chicken and pan fried vegie dumplings. So delicious. Added to that is the genuinely friendly staff. Close enough to the shore that our take away was still piping hot by the time we found a sunny spot.

Had a sensational tan tan noodle soup at Tokyo dumpling. Great authentic flavour, fresh made noodles and a strong broth made for a very enjoyable dish. For an extra dollar you can get 3 fresh dumplings which were quite good also. A lot of competition in the surrounding streets and Tokyo dumpling holds its own against the others. Will be back for another meal soon.

This place was so good we ate here twice! The service was fast, the food came out hot and tasty! Good variety of dishes (we probably tried out over half their menu) and everything was delicious!

I've had a few dumplings in my life but these really dissapointed. There was almost no meat in the dumplings. They were small and tasteless - all tasted like cabbage.

Food is good. New shop fittout has so much more room so there's not as much issue getting a seat! Would recommend

Compared to places in japan, the dumpling is does not taste well. this is a good place in Cairns. However compared to other places in the world it is not good.
