Rented a van for 3 months and managed to get 1 x 8cm scratch (no dents).Charge for this scratch almost $400. Do not agree with their policies when it comes to fair wear and tear on a vehicle but it is their business so cannot argue with the policy. Their business decision. My business decision not to rent vehicles (plural) from them again. Pity, as Chris was good the deal with, very helpful and friendly.

The Kia Carnival that we rented was brand new, it had very convenient features, was clean and well maintained. The staff were quick and ready to go with the paperwork when I arrived. The facility is big and parking is easy to find.

I've dealt with the guys at Thrify in Fyshwick for years and now that I'm working for myself I have had several occasions where I've needed to hire a bigger vehicle, the guys have all be very helpful and have always accommodated my requirements without any problems at all. They are always courteous and polite, and we are able to have a laugh also, well done guys keep up the great work 😊😊 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thrify Fyshwick to anyone looking for a rental vehicle.
