The rental went well. The car was generally fine but the car had two of the largest scratches and dents I've seen on a rental car. It was on the report received but usually these are quite minor. These were not. I assume the $200 deposit will not be affected by this.

Great service, quick and easy to deal with. The car was in great condition and served the requirement well. I had to use the out of office hours drop box as my flights had been changed by the airline, this was a fairly easy process. There was no car space to drop the car off, however I took a note of the bay number and rang this through to the team to finalize without any issues.
The only suggestion would be for the lovely lady at the counter to speak a little louder when going through the agreement paperwork. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a booking through work with confirmation email and booking reference number and they said there was no record of it. They were not interested in trying to sort out what had happened and just told me they have nothing and to try somewhere else. Pretty disappointing way to start the trip. I can say Hertz hired us a car which was awesome and the funny part about it was that it was cheaper than the one we had booked 7 weeks in advance from Enterprise.
