Nice vibe and drinks but not for food. Waiters need to get some more training on serving people. Don't really think they care about customer service tho. Not worth the money.

Make sure you book in advance to get a nice seat in the garden area. Homely vibe with great food and extensive wine selection.

Amazing food and drink! Had a hens party with the 'bring me food' option was AMAZING! The staff were so wonderful from start to finish! Would definitely come back!

Fantastic food and the wine was amazing. I had some delicious caviar and a $400 lobster with gold leaf and a lemon stuffing. I had a bottle of Stolichnaya which was very good. I only have one problem is that i wasn't aloud to sit with the adults me being the age of 12, I was forced to sit with the younger children is the kids corner.

Spent last night with friends at The Winery. We were in the Champagne Room upstairs. Ambience was real nice. Service was impeccable. Staff remembered order without writing it down. Food was excellent. It was packed with people. Overall a nice place to spend an evening there with friends

I went for a ladies' lunch on Sunday and had the vegan option for the set menu. The dishes served for vegans are AMAZING. They don't just give a different version of the non-vegan food, there has actually been put a lot of thought in the vegan dishes. the food tasted great, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a function going and has vegan friends.

Lovely bar hidden behind the other bars in Surrey hills. This bar has great wine selection as well as tasting before you buy the wines. They also offer dinner and have great outdoor seating area if you get there early!

One of my favourite bars in Sydney. Love their beer garden! Beautiful in the day and at night. It's slightly on the pricy side but only by $1-2 per drink. Recommended!!!

Lovely staff except the menu did not match what we were eating.
Angus rump steak suppose to have veggies instead came out with mash and a sauce which was too rich.
Chick salad came out with chicken and lettuce.. quite boring.

The Winery feels like it has been part of the Surry Hills landscape forever. Its quaint courtyard and leafy outlook leads you to the double story venue where the emphasis, surprise surprise is on the wine.
Think dark wood, quirky furniture pieces, wrought iron and large pictures of faces on the walls and you have the winery. It has an open kitchen and long bar with friendly staff who like to help you choose your poison. They have multiple wines by the glass, and the staff are knowledgeable and attentive.
The food here is good honest grub, nothing to fancy but decent enough to enjoy with a glass of something good.response / report this review
