Love this place so much. The atmosphere is perfect
Arrived to sit at an empty table and after 15 minutes and having ordered drinks was rudely told that the table was reserved. Had a reserved sign shoved onto the table and told to move off the table. Needless to say with such rude staff we won't be coming back EVER!!!.
An absolute disgrace of an establishment. Save yourself self the time and money and don't come here. Better off at McDonald's or KFC
Nice view and food. hot place for kids to play and out door seating
Interesting place.. a little confused what it is. Food was lively and staff friendly. Despite review we read about slow service food came out quickly.
Pig & Whistle has a lot of potential but does lack some certain elements. The wine menu is terrible I work in a bottle shop they used to buy from.. no longer & unfortunately that shows. Stop serving there signature pig & whistle beer & cider on tap bring it back please it was fantastic!! However service is great had a singer tonight for entertainment & food was yummy. And great tavern atmosphere :)
Horrible, poor service, poor food. Never again
Went there for a 50th. Took over an hour and half to get dinner and it was horrible
Didn't get past the front person who was quite rude, so we left which was a shame because on a cold winters day it looked quite inviting inside. Oh well
The beer and food was amazing and the staff were so friendly, I will be back :)
We went to pig and whistle with a booking which was in the cellar door, today to celebrate my birthday with the family What a very disappointing experience, where do I begin On arrival there was 9 people we order a bottle of champagne beer and soft drinks in which we waited an hour, we wrote our own order on a serviette as the only bar staff come waiter was on her own. Which we felt very sorry for her a she didn't know where to begin. So we thought we would assist
We then ordered a second round of drinks which took a half an hour. Then our dip platter arrived with a slice of ham a slice cheese with bread slices and a bit of mixed salad leaves for $24.00 which wasn't a dip platter. I then complained and said I'm sorry we ordered a trio of dip platter, which arrived promptly in 10 minutes with 2 dips (not a trio?) We then proceeded to the main meals. The Guinness pie was Luke warm and there was 3 serves of pork belly which was sooo salty we couldn't eat it $600.00 later for 9 people and a child we all walked away extremely disappointed
I have frequently visited this location and have enjoyed This will be the very last time as I can say from our experience in the cellar door the quality of service and food was extremely disappointing

We've been here twice now and we love it! Yummy food, great service and awesome atmosphere!
The food and service are great 👍The owner is very friendly 👍 definitely will go back
Nice pub tucked away in the country. Good food, good drink and cider selection. Not the cheapest, but still excellent.
Over priced. The meal was terrible. Poor customer service.
I love this pub! Amazing food, good selection of drinks, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful gardens. Highly recommended!
