Perfectly ordinary food, but friendly accommodating staff. Plenty of free parking and step-free access. Family friendly and good for groups. Yummy desserts, too!

Food was great company great not sure bout our waiter??? Who passes food over other people and in front of them!!! Maybe next time go around Ur customers and hand there food to them.

The service was fast and efficient. My girlfriend was celiac and they were knowledgeable and accommodating with her allergy. They had lots of options and everything tasted great. I was surprised to see a fire burning grill for steaks at an Italian restaurant, but it added to the meal as we chose to share the filet and the pasta dish. The steak came out a bit undercooked for my girlfriends liking and they were very happy to make it right. We will be back!

The food and staff both were fantastic.. Just an observation - All male staff irrespective of color and race have facial hair .. Consistency is a value that's a plus 😂

Food is consistently good and price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. Pork ribs were massive (even for half rack) and meaty. Also love the seafood pasta (cant remember the actual name from the menu) and really appreciate adding the fresh chilli in it when requested. Great service too. Note: can be quite busy on Fridays and weekends.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were soggy. Ordered one in particular with NO anchovy or prawns as me and my son are allergic - very clear on these instructions- there's anchovy on the pizza. Seriously! and if my 3 year old son ate a piece and ended up in hospital before we noticed we would be suing you. Pay attention. Some people don't ask for these changes to be pains in the arse! We will not be eating your pizza again.

I've been ordering from Pacinos for years and only once did they make a mistake but then fixed it. Food is of high quality and prices reasonable. Highly recommended it.

Best pizzas,service was excellent .We returned for their Monday schnitzel special.Great value for money excellent meal.We will return next year when we attend the Caravan and Camping show.Well done to all. Cold water was appreciated ,service first class and food excellent.
