  Terrible customer service don't bother with this venue they will do anything to rip you off and food is just terrible McDonald's has better customer service and food

  If you live on the west. Then luxor is best, no, not really, it's just a function centre for the masses

  Arrogant Management!. Instead of them working around you as a customer you have to work around them!. Ordinary food, pasta swimming in sauce and meat was dry. MC/DJ boring, old school music, did not engage crowd. Reception room extremely cold and uncomfortable. Had to fight the crowd to get a drink upon arrival. Basically go elsewhere.

  Pleasant environment for a 150ppl wedding.. staff were very professional and well prepared. Asked a waitress about the menu when waiting in the foyer and she knew it off by hart. Food was nice. Would consider it for a venue of any future events.

  Came here as guest for a wedding. The food is awful I would not have my wedding here as catering is so important when it comes to a couple's wedding day

  I had the most amazing experience there last week. I was served by this boy named Michael and he was the loveliest most polite boy. It was hard to believe that he was only 16!!! 10 out of 10 would bang

  Was here for a beautiful wedding that was ruined buy sound control. There was absolutely no sound control from the dj/MC. Volume was turned up to make peoples ears bleed instead of enjoyment. Even after requests from multiple people to turn it down, he simply turned it up louder. If you want a beautiful reception, this is NOT the place. If you want to go deaf?, then this is your destination.

  I have been here on many occasions for a wedding and the food is absolutely terrible. They took away dessert when we went to dance and came back it was gone. My friend also tried to book a wedding here for her wedding and said Natalie quoted her more expensive pricing per head then another staff member. No consistency. The waiters aren't very friendly either on the occasions I've been to the venue. The service isn't consistent and great much like the food they serve here. I wouldn't bother with Luxor. Pay a bit more and head down the road to Lakeside for your special occasion
