  You have a good chance your booking will get cancelled
  
  Having explained that we have a very important event and seperately booked 3 villas for 3 families 4 in advance, we were not impressed at all by the calls made just 19 days before our booking to say they dont have enough places for any of the bookings.
  Later we heard it's not an unusual thing, they tend to overbook and then cancel what doesnt work best with them.
  Disappointed.

  A lovely to place to stay, very good price. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms well maintained and clean. Also they offers free wifi, free local phone calls, free car parking. thank you for everything guys my stay was absolutely fantastic.

  Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Very reasonable price for what you get. Great for long term and short term accommodation. The villas are a very generous size. Beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, and tidy on arrival. The owners have gone the extra mile by providing things like milk, tea & coffee, soap, washing powder etc to get you started. All linen and towels provided. I love the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board. The rooms were a good size and they offer a lot of different bedding configurations to suit your needs. Wifi is included in the tariff which is great, and is really fast, no lagging. I could quite easily live in these villas. The villas were so close to everything, shopping centres, train station, bowling, you name it! So perfect!
  
  The owners are so lovely and helpful :) I would definitely recommend and definitely return!!

  We have been staying at Florentine Villas for nearly 10 years and will keep going back. The accommodation is excellent and close to shops. Gerry is always happy to help. The units are clean and comfortable, with secure parking. Its a home away from home for our family. We will keep coming back. 5 stars out of 5.

  Gerry, we had a lovely time at your villa.The family enjoyed staying here. I shall be recommending it to our friends. The quality of the accommodation was excellent.Our unit was modern, spacious and yes, very clean, much much more than any 4 star accommodations you may find elsewhere.
