  If you have the option to use ACE or Andrews use them
  United's customer service is in the bottom 5% of any airport parking I've used worldwide

  Parking was easy and the bus service was quick however Iv never experienced such appalling customer service in my whole life. I had a question in regards to payment so I approached the "customer service desk" The man behind the counter Didn't acknowledged I was there until I said "excuse me" even then he didn't look up from his book and I was met with a grunt. When he eventually faced me and I asked my question his reply was so so rude he acted as if I had just interrupted his Sunday lunch. I had to walk away as I've never met anyone so rude. Absolutely appalling. Will never return.

  A well-run facility with friendly staff. The car park is secure and kept reasonably clean. Have been using these guys for over 5 years without any complaints.
