Usually have good shopping experience at Good Guys Mandurah but last visit left the store very upset at treatment from cashier. Sure their computer system may be state of the art but it may cause some confusion to the older generation. No need for the cashier to get all gnarly over it!

Had to go there to see if I could could get good service a good price and deal of my choice of fridge/freezer. I was helped by a young lady which made me feel happy and comfortable. She also made sure I was happy with the product and service, price and delivery. I can definitely recommend The Good Guys for all your white goods need. This experience was second to none.

God help you if you have a warranty because Good Guys Mandurah will not! A simple like for like swap of a kettle and they couldnt handle that without drowning it in policy. I would sooner pay triple prices than go there again i am that disgusted by my experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Service was excellent, like all the good guy stores they have pretty much everything you need as far as electrical and white goods go, and there prices are very competitive as there adds suggest.

Particularly helpful staff. With JB so close, they know they have to be better and I find them very polite but possibly not prepared to discount enough. If you want no hassles shop here, but if only the price matters, try somewhere nearby.
