Yes Bunnings offers key cutting services; only problem is the keys dont work. Better off going to cobbler plus store, paying a little more and getting the job done right the first time.

A young lady 28yrs - 32yrs (slim, brown hair pony tail 172cm tall approx) personally helped me shop - reach for things, carry things etc when she saw me with my 4 wheels walker. This personal service and help to the disabled (i am 62 yrs old & incomplete paraplegic) builds loyalty to your store & encourages courtesy & good manners. I will always return to this store for the kindness & understanding shown

Love the staff at this store..very helpful.

Best Bunnings by far, has all the products nearly always in stock and has great staff and a low staff turnover. So you get to know who knows what in the store and 9/10 times leave with what you want. Also, if you want best tool advice, their toolshop crew are second to none.

Comparatively this is a small store and they don't seem to stock as wide a variety as some of the larger warehouses. Still all Bunnings are fun to visit.

the range of things for sale is mind boggling; staff are always helpful when i can't find something. My house is worth much more now thanks to this place and some hard work. Online diy video tutorials are helpful, hopefully they make more. The ute hire is a life saver. The returns policy is amazing. Often I've spoken to a staff member who has dome the exact same job i want to do and thus the advice is very useful

Some of the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is just a shame that some of the other staff are super rude and not helofull at all. I wouldn't go back there if Masters was closer.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would, every time I visit this store the service is beyond a joke, unacceptable, I work in a retail shop myself which doesn't sell the same stuff as Bunnings, its a electronics shop, if my manager had staff like the ones at Bunnings in O'Connor she would've sacked them right away.Pull up your game, if you don't wanna be their, don't bother coming to work. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff.
I wouldn't waste my money here, better of going to Bunnings Melville where the staff are somewhat helpful although they too aren't that great but at least they actually try to help.response / report this review
