Great venue but they have changed the menu to much and need to revert to how it was a couple of years ago, as the current selection us too difficult to chose from. This disenfranchises loyal regular patrons who have enjoyed its offering since it opened.

I have only been here for breakfast but it is a cosy atmosphere yet still elegant, with great food and serviceperfect for that late sunday breakfast.

It was just OK, and I expected better, so I was disappointed. My wife said that it's symptomatic of outer suburban eateries that try to be upmarket that they can't get the staff to match their vision. The staff, nice people, I'm sure, were inattentive and slapdash in their service. My bottle of cider stayed empty and uncollected for at least 30 minutes after I finished it. Having to call for attention when we wanted drinks was annoying.
The food was just OK. So, the entrees were larger than the mains, which was weird. They didn't warn us that the lamb and the sliders were heavily spiced with Moroccan flavours. The Pasta as a main came out entree sized. and it came out lukewarm. The kitchen had to ding three times before the staff noticed. We didn't stay for dessert and we won't be back. As I said at the start, it was just ok, but for the money they charge I expected much better and it will be spent elsewhere.

Great staff, very helpful and the lunch was for me different but the main thing, the cider was cold

Food is incredible, cocktail list one you'd expect from a quality cbd bar, very impressive for how far from the city it is. Great atmosphere, informative menu, helpful staff. Comfortable furniture.
Overall a great experience, and I'm excited to find something of this quality close to home.

Pre-booked a big family dinner here to celebrate a special occasion. It was great that we were seated in a private room. Unfortunately that was pretty much the highlight of the evening. A good number of us wanted to order the ragu, unfortunately it wasn't available (probably would've been helpful to tell us before taking our order). A few people ordered the pork belly (usually a crowd favourite) but all were very disappointed with it - the sauce in particular seemed to have a VERY bitter taste that ruined the whole dish. A few people ordered the burger with specific instructions to have the meat patties cooked thoroughly (we had a pregnant guest and a breastfeeding guest). The patties were all undercooked in the middle! A few people ordered the duck risotto which was bland and the duck on top too tough to cut through and eat! So all in all, a special occasion cost us in excess of $500 and we all left disappointed in the quality and the price of the food. We obviously won't be returning.
