  I was so very happy with the support from John. I have an iMac that is 7 years old and works well but was slowing down. John instantly tagged the reason - old and faulty HDD - and fixed it promptly. I now have a fully working computer as fast as new! Top marks to Di and John for their good personal service.

  Needed a customers iMac fixed in a hurry and Di was super responsive and made the process a breeze to get it booked in. John is a champion. Knows his stuff and had it sorted out in no time at all. Wonderful little family business, fantastic rates, very friendly. Would trust them anytime with my tech.

  The Electronic Fix is certainly 5-Star in every way.
  Outstanding service, technical expertise that I can only describe as genius, extremely reasonable rates, and a husband and wife team that are very personable, helpful, and communicated at all times about what was happening with my computer.
  You can have total confidence in The Electronic Fix. If you have a computer problem, then this is THE only place to go to.

  Being extremely non technically minded, I always know that I will be well taken care of at Electronic Fix. They are extraordinarily professional in their repair work and their customer service regularly goes beyond my highest expectation. Both Di and John go out of their way to guide you through the process of repair or replacement, which as someone who only hold basic IT knowledge, is very welcome indeed.

  I can’t recommend John and Di highly enough. I sent my I Mac desktop to another business to update the drive only to find out they ruined my screen. After weeks at the other shop I decided to look for a new repair shop and found The Electronic Fix who said bring it straight in.
  
  Within 2 hours my desktop was fixed and back at home. Excellent customer service from a family business who really look after their customers.
  
  I’ll be using these guys for all my computer needs moving forward 🙂
