Absolute quality company to deal with from start to finish.

From the initial call to the lady in the office to the guys who came to do the job, very professional, arrived on time. and super friendly with my slobbering mess of a dog 😁🤙🏻‼️

WestOz Trades did a fantastic job installing my new Mitsubishi air conditioner split system. They arrived right on time, were very neat, tidy and very careful with the way they carried out their work, also very well priced. I would highly recommend using Louis and the WestOz Trades team.

I could not tell you how prompt, professional and easy to deal with this company is, from the tradesman to the administration. They were efficient and I did not have to worry about anything at all. They even cleaned my floor afterwards and left it cleaner than it was when they got here. Highly Recommend.

Excellent in every way.

Happy to give me multiple quotes, advice on different systems and responded quickly to questions.
Friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Installation was quick, clean, expertly done and on time.
Great pricing, I sought other quotes including Harvey Normans and Good Guys who I would've thought would be cheaper due to their greater buying power but WestOz Trades was better value.

They're a perfect example of how a business should be run. Competitive, honest, obliging, knowledgable, efficient and professional. It's such a rarity these days, it makes you wonder if other companies are even interested in making a living. When I'm handing over my hard earned cash I want to be dealing with people who respect that.
