  Having a computer break down is always a worrying experience and it is also very confronting to have to find a new technician when the one you have trusted for years is now retired. As an older person I had to find someone who was reliable, that I could trust and who could tell me exactly what was happening in a dialogue that I could understand.
  
  I found David of Wired Office online and as he was Microsoft certified and close by decide to call him to see if he could fix my computer. What I found was a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly computer wizard who also did home calls. Perfect. For a very reasonable price he fixed my computer, installed windows 10 and reinstated all my files all within a couple of days. He also freely at no extra cost gave me advice regarding my plans to purchase a new laptop for travelling. Using this advice I found 2 at local electrical shops and rang him to help me choose. He patiently went over some points with me and I know have my perfect travelling computer.

  David built a new desktop computer using the compact NZXT case, Intel Core i5 9500 3.0GHz Coffee Lake R 6 Core 6 Thread LGA1151-CL etc etc with 1TB SSD and 4TB HDD. This machine is running on Windows 10 Home and is very quite and very very quick. With all my programs loaded onto the SSD start up and ready to login is 16 secs. Very pleased with the help and service to get this far.

  What i like most about David is he is an owner operator not to mention very friendly and helpful.
  He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and never fails to sort my computer when it decides it doesn't want to work.
  David is always contactable and will fix my computer at home,his office or even remotely which is all very convenient.
  I have been dealing with David for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else.
