  i bought a sofa in december last year. the sofa has foam missing. crooked stitching and many other major defects. after months of emails and calling store manager i have now been told that the manager is not allowed to communicate with me and i can only contact management via email. and they dont respond so now im putting in a complaint at fair trading i wouldnt recomend the custom sofa centre at all to anyone. 👎

  Looking for a new sofa, checked them out online first and went to the showroom. I met the staff in Balgowlah and they could not have been more helpful! Very knowledgeable about their sofas and clear in explaining everything. They are very friendly and made the visit all the more enjoyable! I made an order, it was simple, fast and cheap. Would recommend The Custom Sofa Centre to anyone!

  I had been looking for a leather sofa almost 2 months - the ones i found were hard and uncomfortable. A friend of mine recommended The Custom Sofa Centre. The leather was good, and it had comfortable cushioning. Most importantly we were provided excellent customer service at showroom and professional assembly experts who took just half an hour to finish the job. It’s an amazing product range to suit all the budgets. Thank you for helping us set up our new home :)
