  After just arriving in Melbourne what a disappointment the Taxi rank at the airport was. the customer service man was awful. Shouting at people and drivers !! There is no excuse for his behaviour. It wasn’t even busy. Get someone else doing this job !! Not a nice way to start our holiday at all.
