So far so good.
Great service from both GoBox and Fort Knox staff, James, Bryony, Sean, Michelle and others. Used Go Box at home for 2 months, to declutter house ready for selling, then shifted into Fort Knox Moorabbin, this week, all went smoothly.

The staff at Fort Knox were just amazingly friendly and helpful when I moved in. I struggled to make all the dates and times I'd set due to unexpected moving hurdles, and they were always accommodating. The only reason I haven't rated as 5 stats is because not every unit (not my unit) has drive up access to the door. Otherwise, my stuff feels safe there and they gave me a great price as a new customer so I'm happy!

Very helpful and friendly staff that have made the registration and storage process simple and straightforward. The welcome pack was really helpful as was the guidance on determining the correct sized space for our needs.

Really excellent customer service from everyone l dealt with throughout my decision making process of whether to rent a storage unit or not. They made it really easy for me to decide and didnt pressure me at all. I have happily taken one of the storage units now and am very happy to recommend Moorabbin Knox to anyone!

Most disappointed.
Both team members I dealt with were really outstanding to deal with. However, when I was shown the unit my car was being stored in, it was very difficult to open both sides, as the shafts that needed to be opened were extremely tight. I was assured that a service person would attend to the problem.
When I took my car there on the weekend I had the same issue. I eventually got both sides open, but when It came to lock the doors, I struggled and asked a young man, who was also storing his goods. He battled but was also not strong enough to close and lock the doors. Eventually I asked another young man to assist. He used all the force he could and eventually closed the doors, which I was then able to lock.
That particular unit is not fit for purpose and I trust will be seen to before my next visit. Not happy
