Fort Knox Self Storage is in a great location, easy to access and organise storage and the staff are great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to organise self storage.

I came in today to help one of your clients empty their container. I was waiting for them at the service desk. I was then asked to take a seat. The only seats in the room i was in were the consultation seats in front of the service desk so i was relieved so see a sign that read'Please use our complimentary waiting room' with door wide open. I proceeded to the room. It was absolutely lovely to find a box of chocolates, coffee and tea, biscuits, and more beautiful chocolates for your waiting guests. How lovely.
I hadn't even had time to sit down before Kiraley (receptionist) hurried in and promptly asked me to leave the room as it was a 'private area'.
I stood outside again in reception feeling quite embarrassed and thought wow! Really?
I took a photo of the sign above the complimentary waiting area because being asked to leave was a clear contradiction to the sign you have printed above the 'private' waiting room. Kiraley saw me take a photo of this sign and this when she awkwardly offered me a glass of water as a contrary option. Pffft wow. It was too late for kindness at that point.
The only difference between the two rooms were the fact that the waiting room had tea/coffee/treats. I can't help but think how greedy and quite nasty of a receptionist to ask a waiting customer/guest to leave a complimentary waiting room in order to perhaps save a few chocolates, a cookie, a spoon of coffee or a couple of teaspoons of sugar.
I didn't want to eat your chocolates, biscuits, tea or coffee, i simple needed a chair while waiting.
I urge management to check the camera footage to see how unprofessionally i was treated, i urge you to action the receptionist (kiraley) as there are many people in this climate looking for work more likely to earn you a 5 star review instead of 1. She was quite rude and reminiscent of a young girl testing her ego in this big world. Well, not at work and not with your customers/guests.
What a terrible experience, one if which i hope you grow from and one I hope your receptionist learns from.

Had to move a great deal of furniture as soon as possible. Contacted Fort Knox Storage and spoke to Ruby who also provided us with a list of reliable movers. On the same day and at short notice everything was organised and the furniture safely stored there. Wonderful service! Thank you so much!

I haven’t used storage for 20 years and either things have improved massively or Fort Knox is miles ahead of anyone else (they probably are anyway). The website is incredible and after easily selecting what I needed and transacting you go to video welcomes that are super slick. They offer a free moving van! I rocked up on the day and the team are really nice and helpful (Alphington) and it took minutes. The unit is clean and easy to access and security is first rate. I cannot recommend highly enough which is stupid as I’m on the wait list for another unit :).

The staff were absolutely amazing at Scoresby. Showed us through various lockers and were very thorough with explaining the procedures to us. Having a storage locker to be able to empty out house contents ready for a move has been a life saver! Very friendly and eager to please us. We are very happy with our decision to go with Fort Knox. Great prices, very clean facility. and one month free with a van supplied for free if we need it.

Brilliant service. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had no idea what we needed, and they were patient, didn't try to oversell, explained the process clearly. I highly recommend this company.

The storage is very secure and the pin access to the front roller door is easy and effective. The service includes a secure padlock and keys for your unit, and we can come to add/remove any time between 6am and 9pm.

We had been thinking about storage for some time as we are in the midst of moving from a large country home to a small unit in the city. We had been past Fort Knox SS frequently as our unit is in Lwr Heidelberg Rd. Once we made the decision we were so grateful at how easy and reasonable the process was. We have already filled up half our 6X3 space and we feel the pressure around our move has been somewhat decreased.

The team at Fort Knox in Alphington were great! They were knowledgeable, helpful but most of all polite, understanding and were great communicators. Having to go through a stressful house move, Andrew and his staff were calm and professional, giving me complete faith in the information I was given. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Great service and friendly staff, loved the free truck and driver. I will definitely use Fort Knox again should I need storage in the future, highly recommended!
