my friends and I are avid customers at our local coffee club and two of my friends are waitresses there. When we came to Airlie beach in hopes of a good quality and quick meal we were mistaken when we came to this coffee club. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced and would not come back again. Myself and four others waited over an hour for our meals, and when they arrived we're not fully complete or accurate. The waiters were not only incompetent but also rude. We saw one of the chefs pick up a piece of steak with her bare hands and put it on a bun and serve it. When my friend added extras to her order a waiter rolled his eyes at her as to say it was a burden, and not to mention stopped taking our order to check his phone. When our food arrived we were not even given an apology for the wait. I am honestly appalled at this service and am never a person who complains, in fact this is my first and hopefully only bad review I have to give, but felt this was extremely neccessary. Not to mention the restaurant was basically empty. However every group of customers that came in today have had a very similiar experience. Don't come here :)

I usually love coffee club, I’m a major fan. However, Airlie Beach coffee club had awful service and undrinkable drinks. My friends and I waited an hour for our food even though there was not many people, our meals were messed up, and the server was rude. I’m sorry, but I would not recommend Airlie Beach coffee club.

Would not eat here again. Food was awful. Fritters were just bread with sweetcorn mixed in. Waited over 30 mins for food. Coffee was like warm milk

A delicious spot for breakfast at Airlie Beach. The food was delicious and so was the coffee. The staff provided excellent customer service advising us that there was a delay and provided coffees whilst we were waiting. The view of marina are lovely so we weren't bothered by the 30 minute delay. A great experience.

Have coffee at coffee clubs somewhere around australia every day
Ambiance of airlie beach good but nachos we received were from botton of the bag. Asked for replacement and watch chef disagree waitress about replacing meal so i put this out there

Nice harbour view, clean environment but the kitchen had a 45 Min wait time even thou the Cafe was only 3/4 full.

Great experience, coffee, staff, food and the most amazing view. Sadly free wifi is time limited by 1hr and doesn't last the length of my breakfast then takes 4hrs to reset. It's 2016 wifi should be umlimited
