Quite unhappy with the service someone was monitoring us all the time, making sure that we are not sharing food between me and my husband.
We got even warned regarding this as what I had ordered wasn’t a big meal. Very strange and unprofessional reaction from the staff!! although we spent about $60 in there.response / report this review -

I can't decide if it's brilliant or very disappointing The staff seem to ignore the stop-wait-go concept and you feel rushed throughout the meal. The meat is cold when it reaches your plate. It's a good concept hence why we've been twice but we won't return.

Recently visited Bushfire and done the Churrasco Experience. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked through the door. The food came out so quickly and tasted amazing. We will deffinately be back.

Did the "Churrasco Experience" all you can eat. Our little traffic light stayed green the whole time, though the food was coming, it was coming slowly. Overall tasty but lacking in experience.

Food is sub-par. But if your looking for a unique experience and/or a place to entertain guests then this is the place your looking for. Continuous serving a Brazilian style meat carved at your table. Not a unique concept for larger cities but great in Cairns. Recommend the grilled pineapple.

All you can eat via staff walking around with meat on metal spits. Trouble is after the first round the visits become further and further apart! They make you feel guilty having more.

Wow! What a great experience. Loved the churrasco experience..grilled meats are tasty..loved the seafood and the mareeba gold pineapple. So many good flavours. Service quality is excellent. Would love to come back again

This is one of my most favourite places to dine with friends. They handle big groups exceptionally well, and there's a sense of theatre with the BBQ meats carved at the table on huge skewers. It's an all you can eat place, and delicious, so pace yourself so you can try the yummy desserts!

The food is incredible and the portion sizes were perfect. The staff make you feel like you're part of the family. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Superb 👍💖

Attentive waiters and good food. Fun and different way of eating. Early bird option is a good to save some money. Allow 1.5 hours minimum.

We all had a great dinner. Definitely did not go hungry! Service was great and food came out quicker than we could eat it. Chicken and pork were our favorites. Get some more pork to go with the pineapple if you have room.
