  Had a great experience with the Cheesecake clayton store. The friendly, polite and helpful staff helped me in redoing a cake I bought that slipped off my hands. That was such a great customer service showed by the staff.

  Just ordered a New Year's Eve cake for 40 guests coming over.

  Good customer service, cake taste good but need to pay attention on expired ingredients like strawberries and other fruits. They can be noticed easily. Good luck.

  We contacted Pruvinder (hope thats right) from Albury NSW to make a cake for our daughters 21st Birthday. To say we were happy with the result is an understatement. The cake was not only perfect but our experience was a pleasure and we truly appreciated the level of care put into the professionally presented cake that we received. We would not hesitate to recommend the Clayton Cheesecake shop to anyone looking for an amazing cake!

  The customer service was terrific!!!
  I recently bought a lemon marange pie which I was not happy with. The owners were wonderful at handling my complaint, good old fashioned service and a replacement cake, which was delish.
  Sometime its how a bussiness handles a complaint that shows you how good a bussiness they really are. Highly recommend, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
